人们认为60岁以上才算老年人。但是科学家最近发现,从27岁就有人开始迈入老年人行列了。

从运动目的上看,如果是20岁时,人们运动是为了打造一个强壮的身体,那么在27岁左右时运动只是为了维持健康,到40岁以后运动只为延缓疾病发展了。

27岁左右的人每周应进行3~4次有氧耐力运动。然后,进行20分钟的器械练习,要注意与20岁时相比,重量要轻一些,次数要多一些。最后,做5~10分钟的伸展运动,重点是腰背部和腿部肌肉。
